Website enquiries, repair requests, custom-board briefs and shaping experience requests may be sent by transactional email using Resend. Square is used for sandbox ecommerce checkout and remains the source of truth for payment and order records.

Uploaded repair or reference images are not sent as email attachments in this implementation. A full privacy policy should be written once the business name, retention process and production payment position are confirmed.

Newsletter sign-ups are handled through beehiiv when enabled. The site may send beehiiv your email address, optional first name, sign-up source, placement, interests and consent timestamp. Newsletter consent is separate from repair, custom-board, experience, contact and order messages. Subscribers can unsubscribe through beehiiv.
